Well.... here are the results of my homemade sauerkraut. It had a great flavor and was a little crunchy! I warmed it up and put it on the grilled brats Greg made. oh my! It was sooo good. I'm definitely going to make a few more batches. I'm leaving the other jar to "work" a bit more (but I did like the crunchy version).
