1 jar of apple jelly
2 - 3 jalapenos
Spoon jelly in sauce pan. Add chopped jalapenos (wear gloves while chopping!)
Melt jelly over medium heat, turn heat up to boil. Boil for 2 min. while stirring. Warning! Do not breath the vapors!
Pour into decorative sterilized jelly jars. How easy is that! This is great over cream cheese served with crackers.
