Our first batch of zucchini for supper tonight. Sauteed zucchini, onion and garlic! I love zucchini! fried zucchini, sauteed zucchini, zucchini bread, zucchini fritters ....

I can't believe how lucky I am!

My Mom ran across a box of mine that I had stored at her place during my move about 8years ago. I had completely forgotten about it! When I looked in it, I found all kinds of fabric and fabric panels. I found all of these great Arnold Print Works Cat panels. I bought them about 15 years ago! Went to Young's, OMG .... they have the best ice cream, milk shakes, cheese... ok, now I'm making myself hungry! I went in the barn to tell the cows "Thanks! Great job!"

No Bake Cookies Recipe ~ so good!

These are great to make when your in the mood for cookies, but don't want to heat up the oven when it's hot outside (Ohio!)



No Bake Cookies

2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1/4 c butter
4 tsp cocoa
1/2 c peanut butter
1 Tbl spoon vanilla
3 c oats

Combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa. Beat slowly and boil for 1 minute. Turn off heat. Add peanut butter & vanilla. When peanut butter is melted, stir in oats and mix well. Drop quickly on waxed paper.

I've also seen recipes that substitute coconut for oats or they use crunchy peanut butter. hmmmmm..... I might have to try the crunchy!
